This building is 315,000 square feet of warehouse space with the ability to add 78,000 sf in the future. There is also a two story office component and mezzanine totaling 18,000 sf. This project featured the tilt-up version of our Complete Structural Package™. We designed all of the steel framing as well as the tilt-up panel engineering and shop drawings. The shop drawings included layout drawings dimensioning all panels, openings, reveals, and embeds and reinforcing drawings. All of the shop drawings were delivered as part of the Construction Documents and eliminated the wait for the tilt-up subcontractor to submit drawings for review.

There were a total of 73 panels with a gross area of 66,932 sf, a net area of 58,005 sf and totaling 1,434 cubic yards of concrete. Reinforcing was 3.45 psf. There were 7,132 linear feet of architectural reveals and 880 embedded items.
