Holston Medical Office Building

A six-story, 210,000 square foot, steel framed medical office building. This project consolidated a medical practice that previously occupied several locations into a single structure. Programming dictated the use of special concentric braced frames in the short direction of the building and deep column special moment frames in the other.

The design was accented by a spacious three-story atrium and green roofs. The foundation for this building was stone columns.
