This building is 350,000 square feet of warehouse space and included an extended dock across a portion of the rear portion of the building. This project featured the tilt-up version of our Complete Structural Package™. We designed all of the steel framing as well as the tilt-up panel engineering and shop drawings. The shop drawings included layout drawings dimensioning all panels, openings, reveals, and embeds and reinforcing drawings. All of the shop drawings were delivered as part of the Construction Documents and eliminated the wait for the tilt-up subcontractor to submit drawings for review.

There were a total of 111 panels with a gross area of 117,785 sf, a net area of 108,372 sf and totaling 3476 cubic yards of concrete. Reinforcing was 2.93 psf. There were 11,518 linear feet of architectural reveals and 2,168 embedded items.
