The project consisted of two junior anchor buildings, a mid-sized three unit building (about 14,000 square feet) and six small shop buildings (4,000-9,000 square feet each). The total project size was 137,000 square feet. All buildings were steel framed with bar joist roofs and non-load bearing metal stud exterior walls.
