This building is 250,000 square feet of warehouse space. This project featured the tilt-up version of our Complete Structural Package™. We designed all of the steel framing as well as the tilt-up panel engineering and shop drawings. The shop drawings included layout drawings dimensioning all panels, openings, reveals, and embeds and reinforcing drawings. All of the shop drawings were delivered as part of the Construction Documents and eliminated the wait for the tilt-up subcontractor to submit drawings for review.

There were a total of 90 panels with a gross area of 90,653 sf, a net area of 85,277 sf and totaling 2430 cubic yards of concrete. Reinforcing was 3.67 psf. There were 17,516 linear feet of architectural reveals and 1349 embedded items.
