This building is 63,000 square feet of warehouse space. This project featured the tilt-up version of our Complete Structural Package™. We designed all of the steel framing as well as the tilt-up panel engineering and shop drawings. The shop drawings included layout drawings dimensioning all panels, openings, reveals, and embeds and reinforcing drawings. All of the shop drawings were delivered as part of the Construction Documents and eliminated the wait for the tilt-up subcontractor to submit drawings for review.

There were a total of 43 panels with a gross area of 38,254 sf, a net area of 36,184 sf and totaling 885 cubic yards of concrete. Reinforcing was 3.15 psf. There were 8,256 linear feet of architectural reveals and 671 embedded items.
